Sinisa’s approach to estimating the practical and financial scope of the work including his quote with breakdown, was carefully thought through. He would bring in his colleagues to assess, and only when thoroughly discussed, did he deliver his quote. The work included; controlling water penetration issues from the basement to the top roof and rebuilding a deck roof, flashing, downspouts - among other necessary repairs, and preventative measures (which I give him credit for pointing out as potential problems). And he came through on budget. Additionally I have no hesitation in calling Sinisa an artist; he has a strong aesthetic, terrific attention to detail and importantly - sensitivity to how disruptive the repair/renovating process can be. This is where I must commend him as exceptional – not only in the cleanup and the returning of everything to its place, but also the enhancement of its aspect. We'd like to thank Concept Contracting for going the extra mile on our project.
